Joint stock company "Hidrostatyba" was registered on March 8, 1994, when former Klaipeda state stock melioration company, which was established on April 1, 1959, was privatized.

The company’s capital is 41.6 mln. litas. Stock capital management is concentrated. The company is the largest construction profile company in region of Western Lithuania. The company is certified for construction and reconstruction of special buildings. Average number of employees in the company – 415 people.
Productional base is established in Gargzdai industrial region and occupies 15.5 ha territory. The territory has nonstandard metal products and timber processing workshops, petroleum base, mechanisms and motor vehicles repair workshops, there are cargoes unloading ramp and railway line.
The company has 34 single shovel excavators, 60 units of various purpose tractors, 83 motor vehicles, over 200 units of small mechanization means. It has a perfect equipment and technical means for construction of hydrotechnical equipment, for performance of technical underwater works: underwater concrete pouring and metal cutting, washing of priming, underwater concrete pouring and other underwater technical works.
Beside that, the company produces and installs nonstandard metal constructions, metal constructions of industrial buildings. The company has three inert materials open pits and produces fractional sand, grit and road metal. Annual output – 420 m3. |
